There are 4 phases to be monitored in an organization for implementing quality management

- Plan: In this phase establishment of the objectives and the processes to be performed in accordance with customer requirements along with the organization’s policies
- Do: Planned set of activities are implemented

- Check: Do cross checking the processes and make a report of everything monitored by the evaluation of customer requirements satisfaction from the organization

Eight quality management principles
This principle is being used by the top management of the organization to improve the performance in each process.
1) Customer focus
An organization whether they focus on service/product to the customers should be in the way of satisfying the customer requirements and expectations if it fails in any instant means the effort of organization to overcome the failure situation to success.
2) Leadership
In this principle it focus on the organization internal activities by appointing a leadership qualified person in order to achieve the objectives of the organization and also to maintain the achievements for the future reference
3) Involvement of people
The number of workers in the company if having a complete involvement in their allocated activities gives result on the organization’s benefit. Thus the employee involvement plays a vital role for the success
4) Process approach
Performing a process with complete focus on it by the heavy utilization on the available resources will give the desired result.
5) System approach to management
To achieve the objectives an important thing to monitor is the system approach by effectively identifying and managing the inter related process.
6) Continual improvement
Improvement of the organization through the overall performance of the activities involved results the success
7) Factual approach to decision making
Effective decisions on the analysis of data and information.
8) Mutually beneficial supplier relationships.
