1. Din Number:
- Is s unique, mandatory and life time identification for all existing prospective directors.
- It is pre requisite for filing certain company related documents.

2. Statutory Declaration in Form – 1
Declaration in eform – 1, by an advocate of supreme court or high court or secretary oa a CA engaged in the formation or person named in the articles that they have complied with all the rules in respect of registration

3. Registration Fees:
